Allied Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Excavator and Loader Operators for a well-established WA-based materials processing facility located in Kwinana. Our client specialises in the treatment, remediation, and blending of soils, clay, and fill products used across civil, landscaping, and land development projects throughout Western Australia. Working within a structured processing facility, you’ll be responsible for benching, bulking, stockpile management, and loading trucks using excavators and loaders in a fast-paced production environment. Equipment on Site: Komatsu PC300 Excavators Komatsu WA470 Loaders CAT 966 Loaders Loadrite Systems Key Responsibilities: Operating excavators and front-end loaders to process and manage materials Benching, bulking, and loading trucks safely and efficiently Stockpile management and material movement Loading trucks efficiently and safely Working with clay, soft materials, and blended fill products Assisting with general site duties and maintaining a clean work area when required Requirements: Proven excavator operating experience Experience in civil, quarry, recycling, or processing environments Experience working with clay or soft materials highly regarded Loader operating experience Loadrite experience desirable HR Driver’s Licence and relevant operating tickets Strong safety awareness and ability to work within a team environment What’s On Offer: Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 3:30pm overtime available Weekly pay – on time, every time Ongoing local work with potential for permanency Stable role with a respected WA operation If you think you have what it takes to thrive in this role, contact us by: Clicking the "APPLY" button or sending your resume to alliedrec.com.au or calling (08) 9356 2 and asking for Christian!
